CP1 to CP9 chemical industry pallets are identified by their build specification and marking, never by footprint alone.
CP pallets are nine standardised chemical-industry types, CP1 to CP9. Each type fixes a footprint and a base style, so the type number tells your receiving site what to expect.

Start with the footprint your load and receiving site need, then the base. CP1, CP2, CP3, CP4 and CP5 have a skid base; CP6, CP7, CP8 and CP9 have a full perimeter base. A perimeter base can help on roller conveyors and when stacking loaded pallets, but suitability depends on the actual pallet, its condition and your equipment, so tell us how it will be handled.
A CP type name does not prove export treatment or EPAL manufacture. For export, the supplied pallet must carry valid IPPC marks, which we confirm for the pallets actually supplied.
