The wooden catalogue is grouped by footprint first, then by construction. The two footprints that dominate UK distribution are 1200 x 1000 mm and 1200 x 800 mm, and the range then extends to square 1140 x 1140 mm and 1200 x 1200 mm boards, 1000 x 1000 mm, half-size 800 x 600 mm, quarter-size 600 x 400 mm display bases and made-to-order sizes.
Deck and board layout
Close-boarded decks spread small or unstable loads across the surface. Open-boarded decks use fewer top boards and suit crated, boxed or banded goods.
Base construction
Perimeter bases, runners and blocks each change how the pallet sits on racking, conveyors and vehicle beds. We confirm the exact build on the record you order.
Legger builds
The approved medium legger is kept distinct from perimeter, winger and VMF designs. Its exact handling specification is confirmed with your quote.

VMF UK standard pallets are listed separately so the specification you order is the specification quoted.
New, used and reconditioned timber
All three grades genuinely exist in the timber range. New pallets are unused and dimensionally consistent, which matters where the pallet is customer-facing or runs through automated handling. Used pallets have already been in circulation and are the cost-led choice for internal movement and outbound loads where appearance is not part of the sale. Reconditioned pallets have been inspected and repaired to a consistent standard and sit between the two.
Used EPAL A, B and C are condition grades for those used stamped pallets only. New wooden products use their own approved product identities rather than a generic grade scale.

- Which wooden pallet sizes do you supply?
- The confirmed timber range covers UK standard 1200 x 1000 mm, stamped EPAL and unstamped Euro-size 1200 x 800 mm, CP1–CP9, square formats, 48 x 40 inch Yankee and half-size 800 x 600 mm. Made-to-order sizes are confirmed on enquiry.
- Can I buy used or reconditioned wooden pallets?
- Yes. Used and reconditioned timber pallets are listed alongside new ones. Which grades are available at any moment depends on what is in stock, so our sales team confirms availability with your quote.
- How do I confirm pallet entry and handling?
- Tell us the trucks, racking, conveyors or automated handling the pallet must work with. We only state entry and construction where they are verified for that exact product; otherwise our team confirms them with your quote.
- What does medium legger mean?
- The approved medium legger has three runners without cross boards completing a perimeter base. It remains separate from perimeter, winger and VMF designs.
- Are your wooden pallets ready for export?
- ISPM 15 is a separately confirmed treatment and marking. It is never assumed from a pallet being wooden, new, used or Euro-size. A solid wood pallet is only described as ISPM 15 where the pallet supplied carries the correct legible IPPC mark, confirmed for your order.
- Is there a minimum order for wooden pallets?
- No. We deliver in bulk nationwide with no minimum order. Delivery timing is confirmed by our sales team with your quote.
- What details should I send with a quote request?
- Send the footprint in millimetres, the condition you want, the quantity, the delivery postcode and the date you need them on site. Tell us about racking, conveyors, automated handling, hygiene or export at the same time. Our sales team confirms the exact specification, availability, price and lead time before you commit.
