The wooden catalogue is grouped by footprint first, then by construction. The two footprints that dominate UK distribution are 1200 x 1000 mm and 1200 x 800 mm, and the range then extends to square 1140 x 1140 mm and 1200 x 1200 mm boards, 1000 x 1000 mm, half-size 800 x 600 mm, quarter-size 600 x 400 mm display bases, large-format 1600 x 1200 mm printer pallets and made-to-order sizes.
Deck and board layout
Close-boarded decks spread small or unstable loads across the surface. Open-boarded decks use fewer top boards and suit crated, boxed or banded goods.
Base construction
Perimeter bases, runners and blocks each change how the pallet sits on racking, conveyors and vehicle beds. We confirm the exact build on the record you order.
Legger builds
Medium legger and lightweight legger UK standard pallets are held as distinct records with their own board and bearer arrangement, not as variants of one another.
VMF
VMF UK standard pallets are listed separately so the specification you order is the specification quoted.
New, used and reconditioned timber
All three grades genuinely exist in the timber range. New pallets are unused and dimensionally consistent, which matters where the pallet is customer-facing or runs through automated handling. Used pallets have already been in circulation and are the cost-led choice for internal movement and outbound loads where appearance is not part of the sale. Reconditioned pallets have been inspected and repaired to a consistent standard and sit between the two.
Grade names on individual records describe the build our supplier has verified for that record. Where you are choosing between grades, tell us the load and the journey and we will confirm which listed record is the right one for it.

- Can I buy used or reconditioned wooden pallets?
- Yes. Used and reconditioned timber pallets are listed alongside new ones. Which grades are available at any moment depends on what is in stock, so our sales team confirms availability with your quote.
- What is the difference between two-way and four-way entry?
- A four-way pallet can be picked up from all four sides, which suits mixed handling and tight aisles. A two-way pallet is entered from two opposite sides only. Two-way builders and yank-style 1200 x 1000 mm timber pallets are listed as their own records.
- Do medium legger and lightweight legger mean the same thing?
- No. They are two different UK standard builds, held as separate catalogue records with their own construction. Order by the record you want rather than by the general term.
- Are your wooden pallets ready for export?
- ISPM 15 is a separately confirmed treatment and marking. It is never assumed from a pallet being wooden, new, used or Euro-size. A solid wood pallet is only described as ISPM 15 where the pallet supplied carries the correct legible IPPC mark, confirmed for your order.
- Is there a minimum order for wooden pallets?
- No. We deliver in bulk nationwide with no minimum order. Delivery timing is confirmed by our sales team with your quote.
- What details should I send with a quote request?
- Send the footprint in millimetres, the condition you want, the quantity, the delivery postcode and the date you need them on site. Tell us about racking, conveyors, automated handling, hygiene or export at the same time. Our sales team confirms the exact specification, availability, price and lead time before you commit.
